Membership is on a calendar year basis, January through December.

If you join from October through December, your membership is good through December of the following year. Otherwise. all renewals are due in January.

While members are encouraged to actively participate in the Guild, that is up to the individual. The terms “Active Membership” and “Member in Good Standing” refer to the calendar year covered when the dues were paid. This does not carry forward to another year based on lack of participation.
